This by far, is worst apartment I have ever lived in. First of all, it is infested with Indian people. They cook really smelly foods all hours of the day, and the smell comes into your apartment. Even if its 30 degrees or 100 outside, you have to open up your windows to air out your own apartment. That does not always work either, for they like to open their windows up too, I guess to air out their apartments. It?s absolutely disgusting. I've walked all through this complex, and you can smell the same smelly scent in just about every building. I am surprised anyone around here even speaks English. I feel like I live in India or Bagdad most of the time. The floors are either very thin, or the people upstairs above me walk in cement shoes. Every time they walk around in their apartment, the windows rattle here and it sounds like someone is knocking on your door. There are very small hot water heaters in the apartments, so you get less than 10 minutes each morning to shower. The hot water in my last 2 apartments lasted twice as long as the hot water here does, and my water bills were half what they are here! Even if you dont use much water, you can expect a high water bill every month. Its a very expensive place to live, and not worth half of what you pay. The office staff have been friendly, and I have nothing against them. Its just a poor complex to live in. I moved in here on a special, and I would really be sick to pay what people now pay to move here. My lease can not be up soon enough. If you like loud neighbors, like to pay high rent and live in a smelly place like India, then this is the place for you! If you want to live in a better, less expensive apartment, look anywhere but here! There are lots of better apartments in Irving, and less expensive!
