Poor Management / Poor Mantinence

Do not rent from this property.
While I was there...
Mantinence repairs were Half-A$$ed
My AC CONSTANTLY made dripping noises from condisation..(EVERY NITE - "Drip, Drip,Drip" - THEY NEVER FIXED THIS)
Waste Mngt (trash policies) were diliquent.
Renters would throw dirty diapers in trash pick up area's. Trash would be place in pick up area DAYS before pickup dates. Little policing there with alot of smell.
There were vehicle break ins & my neighbors car was stolen (do the camera's in the front work')
Solicitors were rampant on the property.
Poor parking conditions caused damage to my vehicle from other renters (too small of spaces and no speed bump control)
YOUR WATER BILL IS DIVIDED AMONG THE TENETS IN THE BUILDING THAT YOU LIVE IN.
Small water heater.
Thin walls.
They tell you that you need to give a 60 day notice before you move out. NORM IS 30 days.
The Management leased 1 bedroom apts. to families of more than 2 people (I think this is illegal).
Many pet violations (Size, qty, and their "landscape deposits")
This list could keep going, but I am to the point were I dont even want to waste the energy for this complex. It was one of the worst places I have ever lived. AVOID IT!
