Management very picky about small stains in the carpet, kitchen. On moveout they sent me a large bill for cleaning charges, it was outrageous. During our stay they were really rude and arbitrarily hiked the rent at the time of lease expiration. When you move in make sure you have the condition of the apartment in writing and if possible take pictures so that they cant claim your ruined their decades old apartment property that is already in ruins.
Location of this property is good in Irving and the best part of our stay there was the creek in front of the apartment which has a beautiful walking trail.

I believe that lot of people are going through hassle of moving out in this apartment. I am one of them. I request all of you to file complaint with bbb.com.
