Pros:
generally good service
usually low electric bill
good facilities

Cons:
sometimes the staff is very obstinate
VERY EXPENSIVE - even small apartments are overpriced
always increase rent even if you renew the lease

Biggest CON is at the time of moveout - they will make sure that you DONT get your deposit back, and you have to shell out some extra money to them- even though the damage would be minimal, you will be overcharged at the time of moveout. Even if you stay there for long, they will not spare you of ridiculous charges at the moveout.
