Totaly unprofessional and money hungry From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   Very bad experience. Congested parking, Very noisy construction, cheap material. Star : Unprofessional management, insultful, cheap and money hungry. Forget your deposit and wait for a huge remodeling bill. They remember all the law for them and none for you. Will torture you for the huge bill threaten you to give it to collection agency. The bill is usually fraudulent charging you for wear and tear damage and repair. I advice all the current renters to get in touch with Texas tenant Union to prepare and be informed of your rights in advance. The current management in very unwelcoming in fact downright rude and insulting to the residents. They seem to be very discriminatory with immigrants, humiliating them by talking and behaving rudely and trying to get money out of them unjustly. Immigrants beware of them. I and my fellow friends have had very bad experiences. One of the friends who moved out of city and hired a cleaning service after they moved out was billed $1,500 for repairs! And when they argued they gave it to collection agency. They would fine you hundreds of dollars if you put trash outside the night before the pick up in morning which is a pretty standard all over the neighborhood where we have moved now, which is in north and is a better one. The office is not welcoming at all. They talk to you from behind a huge counter as if you are in a hotel or motel. They show absolutely no respect for residents. One of our friend's car got stollen from there instead of there gates. They are psuedo security. People often break it and any car can enter behind your car! Better spend you money else where and save your self some humiliation and pain.
