Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
This apartment is eons old with rules that are framed for renters and apply only to renters. The roofs on the third floor have a wooden ceiling which will add upto your energy costs, the water bills are outrageous, the emergency system is screwed up, no one returns your call until next day. The entry and exit gates don't open up as fast as they close.
You live in the first or the second floor, you can hear the thudding sounds.
Above all, management sucks. They will send you outrageous bills even if there is a microscopic spot anywhere, and guess what make sure they are charging you the right money,for the right apartment.
DO NOT STAY HERE. LOOK AROUND AND YOU WILL FIND BETTER APARTMENTS FOR CHEAPER PRICE.
