I lived in this apartment for 3 years.
This apartment has gone worse every year.
When I live there, there were so many car break-ins.
And the bad part is they don't notify the residents.
My car was broken into, and they took the stereo.
My neighbor's car tires was stolen.
Security is bad. There's a gate code, but they rarely changed it.
There's a gym and basketball court in the office, but people from outside can get in.
There's a way to get in without the gym card.

When I moved out, they wanted to charge me $400 for dirty carpet, and other things.
You can't expect the carpet to be brand new when people have lived there a while.
There's also a problem with COCKROACHES. If you decided to move here, consider this as a warning.
You will have them as your roommates.
The apartment is old, not energy efficient. My one bedroom apartment's electric bill at 1 time is $250!!! FOR 1 BEDROOM APT.
On average it's $180. My new apartment's bill is $70. Go figure...
The laundry facility is not reliable. The machine sometimes would just take your tokens. They'll give you refunds tough.

If you still decide to move to this apartment, all i can say is good luck.
