I actually live in Hidden Rdg appartments (it will be a separated BAD reveiw...). So, in Dec 2008 a friend of mine send me a box of Godiva chocolates and wrote a wrong address and USPS has delivered the chocolates to the Rancho Mirage office. I figured out it in a couple of days, visited their office, and they said - yes, we got your package, but we can't find it now... nobody of our residents took it, probably it was one of our managers, but it's hard to say now, it's too late... we call you if we find it (maybe!!!)... Beware - they may steal your stuff and say the same!

The staff at Rancho Mirage is sorry your Christmas gift was lost in the mail; However, mail theft is an accusation that our office staff takes VERY SERIOUSLY. If you still have any concerns that need to be discussed any further, contact us at (972) 518-1288.

hmm....looks like management will only take the case of 'mail theft' seriously! How about taking other things serious as well- roach problem, ants, maintenance issues, etc., etc.,
