Yes I am a resident in this complex. They are on the condim list and the inspectors have failed this complex already. The owner is a --- and he is very Racial and discriminating. He says everyone is white trash as well as other things i wish not to disclose. There are bed bugs in each apt as well as lot of roaches. He dont care anything about the tenants. He is sleeping with his asst manager and she quit. I think they need to be shut down or someone needs to buy him out. He has gone bank rupt.he also owns the spanish trace apt on grawyler and loop 12 here in Irving too. Noone needs to rent from him. There is drug trafficing going on here too. Maintenance men dont care about the little children and leave dangerous things out so they can get hurt. One of the maint men hit a 16 yrold boy in the chest for telling him he left a saw blade on the ground. I would not recomend this property to noone not even my enemies and im leaving asap.

i agree with that my friend stays there and its nasty roach infested and the air doesnt work and the bath is stopped up shower doesnt work smells like a constant gas leak floors are coming up they put a sign sayn newly remodeled all they did was put a new plastic vent over the meldew air vents that dont even blow out cold air,electrical problem in closet no light in bedroom or closet i can go on forever dont move here let the city close it down do irving a favor teenagers are smokin drugs by the stairs chaos all night long i dont understand where the parents are at it could be 3 clock n the morning and theres kids to teenagers out side like its nothing
