The staff is horrible, and the maintence people do not do there jobs. There is no insulation in the 2nd and 3rd floors. The patio's are sinking. The staff there don't do anything. Plus u have to pay for water per person per square foot. My water bill was $ 40.00 this month.. I never paid that much. Very lazy people, never keep up with anything. I am moving out and only lived here a year.
