These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly, but that doesn't help the fact that nothing gets fixed. I understand the apartments are old, but they would never come out to fix things until the 5th or 6th time I requested it. Even though they spray for bugs, I have had my problems with knats and silver fish. Parking is also a nightmare and you may have to park on the other side of the complex. The last 6 months I lived in these apartments I noticed the quality of residents go down. I don't know if they are doing background checks on residents like they say. I almost forgot...the insulation in these apartments is terrible. I had to leave my AC on constantly to keep my apartment cool. As soon as the AC turned off you could feel the heat surging back into the aparment. You can also hear everything in the apartments adjacent to one I was in. Doors shutting, people walking, music, showers, and loud music and exhaust from cars driving by.
Very poor apartments and staff and I would not recommended this to anyone.
