I have been living here for over a year and overall I have had a very good experience. It is a nice place, it isn't too expensive, great location, friendly and helpfull staff, and so far every problem I've reported has been solved very quickly... The only problem I see is noise, it's true, you can hear everything, but to me this is minor (in the past, I have lived in places that have serious problems: maintanance crew not doing their job, incompetent office staff, safety issues, etc, so to me, noise is nothing). Oh, another problem is that sometimes there is a hole in the pavement close to the main entrance that takes quite some time to get fixed. If they could only cover the hole as soon as it appears, I would have no complaints about this place. Regarding parking I guess I was lucky b/c I got an appartment that was close to the area with lots of extra parking spots, so I've never had a problem w/ parking. There is a very old (abandoned) car in the parking lot though, and it's been there since I moved here. But overall, I am very happy living here.
