Great Place, Great Price

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We have lived here for a year and are planning on renewing our lease. The location is great and is in walking distance to the canal. I have never had a hard time finding a parking space and the management is very nice. The square footage is nice and the rates are a bargain for the area.
