I like the quietness of the neighborhood and office staff is kind to my family and visitors. The office staff works well with the residents. There seem to be an extra effort ( by the office staff and maintenance) toward a more family directed community. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly and the club house is open daily with cookies and chocolate and coffee for the residents. We do plan on renewing the lease.
