decent apartments, terrible management

I have lived here for half of a year and will not renew my lease stickly due to the unprofessional and rude management. There are plenty of apartments and I refuse to live at one where you have to deal with rude management every time I need to pick up a package, call in a work request, stop by to pay rent, etc... Not only are they not helpful but they act like they have complete contempt for all the residents. I like the apartments, they are in a good area and are reasonably priced, the appliances are quite old however. The aprtment was not cleaned when I moved in. Since living here my fridge and washing machine have broken. Getting ahold of the managers is impossible, there is never anyone around to answer the phone, and they absolutely have never returned a message. That is not an exaggeration... I have left around 5 messages over the past 6 months and for one reason or another not one has been returned. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS RENTERS, RENT HERE AND THEY WILL MAKE YOU REGRET IT.
