I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008

I lived at this apartment complex for 4 years and had problems with plumbing and flooding; had to do my own killing of insects; my apartment was destroyed completely doing a storm and the falling of the second floor into our apartment... management refused to repair the unit even though I paid my rent for the months following the storm and the falling in of the second floor... by law the state regulates that the tenant receives rent for the months that the tenant was not able to occupy the unit...this apartment complex filed to do so ...the management company at the time we were there was Lincoln Property Management of 6500 Greenville Avenue of Dallas, Texas
