Well, all I have to say is that with my experience with these apartments is that they delayed for I about one month to fix my shower. Luckily we had a second bathroom I used until mine was fixed. So, yes the maintanence is a bit lousey. They say they will give you your deposit back but no matter how much you clean as it was when you moved in its never good enough for them. Roaches are bad but I found out through a friend if you get those raid stick-ums and the powder in all of the corners, you double your chances of not getting any roaches at all.
