This is the most expensive experience that I have ever had. $99 move in was what the sign on the street said. THEN: $200 deposit, $35 application fee for each tenant, $300 pet deposit, $275 prorated rent and that was all that we needed to move in on a $99 move in special. Whatever happened to $99 and move in' They wanted $59 for the water and that was all that we needed to bring to them. They are not the Hilton and they remind me of the Airport Inn. RUN RUN RUN. LIARS!
