Not a nice Place to live.Shocking Incremental water Bills From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/3/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Posted on 10/31/2005 I had several problems with this apartment from the day I moved in. I was greeted with an uncleaned apartment and they delayed my move in date and i had to reschedule all my moving plans. On top of it, the management keeps on changing every 6 months and their service is the worst in DFW area. My water bills are going up every month. For 2 ppl, my water bill is close to 100$. Even my friends who had 5 bed room homes, Sprinkler system for huge back yards are not paying this much. When we call AUM (billing system), they redirect to Leasing office and when we approach Leasing office, they will tell you to talk to AUM. I was trying to clarify my increasing bill for the past 4 months . Without any clarifications, they keep on sending increased water bills. Not sure whom to complain and how to handle this increasing water bill. Waiting for my lease term to be completed to get out of this apartment. I won't recommend this Apt any one including my Enemy.
