Good: Floor plan...I have the larger 1-bdrm "loft" style, and it is one of the best layouts I've ever lived in.
Location...the park across the street is nice when it isn't crowded, and this particular neighborhood is convenient to the places I want/need to go.
Neutral: Neighbors.....most are from India/Pakistani backgrounds, but that is true of most properties in the Meadow Creek/Hidden Ridge area. Verizon has a lot to do with that. I don't mind them at all, since I am not an ignorant racist redneck.
Staff/Maintenance...the office staff are a mixed bag, one is extremely nice, one indifferent, and the manager is from the David Spade "just say no" commercial mold. I've only had one maintenance request, and it was handled promptly and fixed correctly
Bad: Ants....the comments about the ants are unfortunately true, they are abundant here. They're not as bad this year as last (at least not around my building), but I still see a lot of them around.
Workout center...old equipment, the treadmill is dangerous (belt slips), the free weights have disappeared. There was a TV in there when I moved in, but mgmt took it out, claiming that it made the room a de facto day care center where kids would sit there and watch the TV, leaving no room for people working out.
In conclusion, I will be moving out when my lease expires, although just a little extra from the management would encourage me to stay.
