I made the biddest mistake of my life when I recently signed a years lease with this apartment. I sold my home and move in this apartment rather quickly due to the new owners wanting to move into thier new home. I have only been at this property for 4 months. I pay 800.00 a month and I too can not get any maintence request in a timely manner. In the complex the parking lot is full, and I mean full of large ridiculous holes. If you didn't know that the holes were there...you would tear up your vehicle.
Tenants hang thier laundry out on their patio's and it is truly disgusting. I have complained about the trash. Tenants will put thier trash on the sid of the trash can instead of in the trash can. Not only trash but mattresses and other unsightly items. Stray cats are all over the place at 5:00 am.
My water bill is very high. When I called to see why. The response was that my was low compared to everyone else's. My water bill at my home which was 3000 square feet was 40.00 a month. My water bill here for 1 month was 33.00 and I don't have a washer, I travel and I am never there. Not to mention my 177.00 electric bill. I don't know what's going on here. but I am going to call Channel 8 and have them help me understand this mess. It really upsets me to pay as mush as I do here and it is like living in the ghetto. I have alot of neighbors that are Pakastian and they are nasty. And I mean nasty! You do not want to live here. They require a 60 day move out notice. They are going to recieve a 270 day notice from me. And they will receive a 60 day reminder notice from me. The water runs all night. The parking lot is wet and they are charge us a large amount of money for the water bill and we don't even utilize the water. DON'T SIGN A LEASE WITH THIS APARTMENT!
