Totally Unprofessional

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I have been living here since 2004. I am on my 3rd contract and have seen the office team change often. I have now found my home I plan to move into in March and recently told the office I was moving out. I was told that I will be charged all kinds of fees for moving out before my lease was up. When I mentioned I had been there for 2 years and on my 3rd contract I was only told that I still will be charged. I asked why there was a 60 day notice and not a 30 day notice they said everyone is going to the 60 day notice now. They are very inconsiderate and do not care about their residents. They look at you as dollar signs not people. Plus the electric bill is outrageous. I pay $200 for a 650Sq Ft 1 bedroom apartment. Let alone that I keep all the lights off and it still high. The apartment is not the greatest, it has poor air conditioning and heating, thin windows and walls plus I have had to work on the bathroom myself. One morning our fire alarm went off and no Rep from the apartments ever showed up. I would not recomment this place to anyone I know. If I wanted to be treated like this I could have moved into an aprtment that cost me 200 a month where I could live like a slob and everyone would be okay with it.
