I am living in this place for last 2 years. So, far, manager on property and maintennace people changed several times. Very poor maintennace. Buildings are atleast 15 years old. Not maintained well. So, huge electric Bills.

Worst is... They can't even maintain your lease document(s).. Don't be surprised, if you get a notice, that your lease is over and you need to vacate.

Front desk is useless, not professional, not coutegeous at all...

They talk one thing one day and second day, something else.. They don't know, what is going on...
