I'm living in this apartment for past 6 months. Still they haven't done anything about my "moving-in form" (that I reported maintenance problems in the apartment after one day of my move). The office staffs are very rude and no courtesy. They came to my apartment banged the doors and rang bell many times and gave a notice saying I didn't paid the rent (that was already paid and my check was cleared 2 day of the month). I told them that was paid and the check was cleared but they asked for the copy of the check. That I said I cann't produce. There is absolutely no record maintenance. Bugs everywhere in the apartment. If you want a cheap apartment and if you can live with the maintenance problem then, this is your apartment.

I fully agree with you what you are saying, samething happened to me almost with the move in notice and the management.....

How about meeting together , gather all the issues and ask a board of director to meet with some residents and get feedback. All of us know that they are failing to do their jobs and we have to tell it to the owners of the property.

if y'all get together i would love to join. we actually had to get out of our lease our apt was so roach and mold infested, yet still they say we owe them money. kim (the manager) is the worst person ever, very rude and sarcastic
