I moved in here about a month. Kind of cautious when I read the reviews. But overall after more than month I am satisfied.

I was looking out for couple of things from the other reviews.

One compaint I saw was front office people were not friendly. I have mixed feeling about this. I went there about 5 times so far and they were nice 4 out of 5 times. That one time they were rude was because of me. I was tired at work and my coversation starting was rude.

Overall my impression is that they are not trying extra hard to be nice. But depending on how we approach they are decent.

Somebody broke my car side morror. I have no pittance with this one. Unfortunately we are in a big city. This could have happened anywhere in dallas.


Since I moved in, I had to call for repairs 6 times. Nothing major. Sink leak couple of time, blinds, phone. Appartment got it repaired in about a week. I am totally o.,k with the response time. For the amount of money I am paying, I am not expecting a 5 star service.

I haven;t yet got the electricity bill for full month. Have to see...
