At last we are moving from this worst apt and I m very happy about it.High electricity bills due to poor insulation.Water leaks all over the community,poor maintenance,rude and irresponsible staff,people from neighbour apartments always seen in this community and near pools,burglaries,no safety.....Every time some or other applainces to be repaired.

definently agree with you. Kim is the worst, melissa doesnt help matters, thats the third management team in a year and a half. they are still trying to screw me evem after they had to let me out of my lease b/c of the roaches and mold for 6 months (so they knew something was wrong)

You are some pathetic people that have nothing to do besides sit on here and talk a bunch of crap. I have lived at Remington Hills for almost 3 years now and it has been a really great experience. You have to give the office staff a chance and they will help you have a wonderful experience too.

I have to disagree with padma, I have lived in the complex for almost a year now and have had nothing but bad experiences with the management. They've been rude and unhelpful ever since I signed my lease dealing with both ants and maintenance issues. I have NEVER been told before that I should expect that the management will be unable to maintain an insect free complex because its summer time and the ants are thirsty.
