Don't ever live here. Worst management, no courtesy, rude.. All time, new face, every week/month... Ultra busy manager doesn't care to answer residents... Misplaced lease...
Ants, cockroaches, stray animals live with you for free including racquons, Dead rat, dogs,cat... Dogs,Cat shits everywhere in grass...
Pot holes everwhere... No Gates.. Stolen vechile, no security cameras...
Roof leaks, Cracked walls, Cracked roof, Some buildings have big holes, below apartment, loose soil, some buildings are slanting(like Pisa tower)..
New rule, for your security alarm, you pay $30 to maintain.. Cost cutting.. Air filters will never be replaced...
Ensure, you get a new carpet before moving, otherwise, management will never replace, even if it is 7 year old and several people lived there with pets...
Water for your unit is not based on your meter, but based on the whole block.. Easily $45 dollars.. Only verizon provides support to these buildings.(DSL/phone)Cable is timewarner..Most cable complaints and u can see the van every day.. Wiring inside apartment is bad.. Some Electrical outlets don't work.. Appliances are also 20 year old..For a single bedroom, ur electric charge will be $150 easily.. You can hear all noise.. for free..including people who walk and talk, ride in car, aircraft noise...
Stairs to apartment got broken (1229 block) took 7 months to replace, after every day complaints..
Parking near apartment office is very bad.. Less parking lots.. Poorly maintained tennis courts.. Poorly maintained swimming pool.. No chlorinated water for weeks.. kids get sick..
Club house/Party hall for 3 hr(one evening) costs $175 for residents. No chairs, broken TV, No kitchen to heat anything, Carpets never cleaned, stincky...
Fitness room.. very less equipments, if broken.. forget it..will never get fixed.. Management doesn't have time to fix those... Locks get changed frequently and residents will never get notice about it...
