So the office today says I havent paid my rent for Feb and gave me a vacate notice. Too bad I got the proof that says otherwise. This place is a crappyhole with ------ management. I have uploaded some pics the you potential customers. Trust me stay away. I havent had a power bill under 180 bucks since I've been here. Take a look at the pics to see why. I have proof of payment and i got a notice to evict. This is the most God awful place to live. Seriously, Laguna Vista is right down the road and they are nice and new.

So this place wants me to pay for the month of Feb again because my rent was stolen from their dropbox. Even though this lease agreement gives them the right to do any and all things possible without me having any recourse, I'm still talking to a lawyer Monday. I truly hope this contract has things in it that violate state law.

Remington Hills at Las Colinas is not registered with the Sec of State which means the TAA portion of the contract appears to be null and void. I've included some links to help you all out.

Yeah I have had the same issues... like black mold, and pest control expecting entrance to my apartment without having been notified beforehand. If I had to live there any longer I would have killed myself.
