I will NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone!!! The office/maintenance are a bunch of lazy people who promise to get things done but never do! Their appliances are worth crap! Even the Regional Manager---------------, could care less about her tenants! I have lived here 4 months and had over 5 air conditioning calls, rusty water, busted water heater which caused a flood, and many other things! The pool didnt work for over half of the summer and it still has light fixtures hanging out inside the pool! HOW SAFE IS THAT'! I have seen 3 different property managers in this 4 month period and have had a numerous amount of office staff come and go! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND RENT ELSEWHERE!! These apartments are horrific!!!!

I totally agree. I am going to start a somewhat petition to present to the District Manager of Colonial Properties. I have talked to the Regional VP and she is worthless. I am going to let as many people know that these complexes are HORRIBLE! I agree with the trash dumpster! For the amount of rent I feel like we live in the ghetto!

Like my post said, I moved 14 hours away because I was duped by the website. I've already requested transfer so I can get out of there without paying a termination fee.
