I moved in here January 4 and they wouldn't let me see the place before I signed the lease but I figured for $700 a month in a good neighborhood, I must be getting a good place. Do not make the same mistake. The problems were almost too much to fit on the evaluation sheet and a week later they tried to force me to sign one that said "Good" in huge letters over everything. Then they started distributing these condescending notices that we'd be charged $25 bucks if any little thing was done wrong.

Yesterday I got a notice that I left a trash bag outside the dumpster. I remember seeing bags around it and made a point to put mine in properly. I don't know if or how it wound up on the ground but they actually dug through it and found something with my apartment number (not my name)! I can't believe that apartment mgmt would dig through it's residents' trash... what is this, East Germany''

I had go to the office 4 times in one day just to get my washer and dryer installed. They kept saying it'd be done so 5 minutes before close I refused to move till they called the maintenance guys (who had already gone home) and got them down there. They constantly neglect their promises, pester residents, break appointments and deadlines and try to charge you for anything they can.

Take my advice and look elsewhere.

Welcome to hell my friend. It took 4 weeks to get my washer and dryer. It didn't work after they installed it either. I posted some pics of my ceiling damage from October that hasn't been repaired.
