Do not take complains seriously From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   Even if something is outlined in a signed lease contract, if another tenant is violating a lease and is reported they do nothing about it. Multiple apartments leave trash outside front and back door, only to smell and give bugs to neighbors. Office staff alaways changing, friendly when visit office but never responds to problems. Gym has old, limited, outdated equipment. Railing falling apart, carpet flooring very poor quality. The entire complex smells of Indian food 24/7.
