I have lived here for over 2 years and I've been stressesd out the entire time. The staff never ever picks up the phone. YOu can call constantly but you'll never get a response.
The promise to send their maintenance staff over for issues but they never come. My stove had sparks coming out of it and Ive felt minor currents as well, but only when i called the corporate office did I get a response.
Their excuse is that they are always understaffed. I cant figure out how they havent been able to hire more people in the past 2 years.
One day they decided that you have to get cable for them. I used to pay $5 and now I pay $45 for the exact same channels. The water bill doubled one month and when I called to ask them about it, they stated that there was an increase in the use of water.
Because they apartments are old, the electric bills are huge, which make you lose any money that you saved on rent.
The people here are just stingy, money-hungry people, who refuse to spend on their renters yet try to scrounge as much money possible from them. I cannot wait till my lease is up.
I'd rather pay more rent for my peace of mind.

I also live at a local CV property and they seldom answer the phones here. They have caller ID on the phones, so they probably screen the calls. On another instance, I was in the office waiting on 2 of the staff (let's call them --------and --------) to stop talking to provide some service. The phone rang and one of them looked at the caller ID and went back to talking to the other. True story. Yes, that's the truth, as in not what you get from the CV office staff.
