Well this is my second review I have about this apt complex, and like the first this one is just as bad. A pipe burst in my apt behind the hot water heater. It was like Niagra Falls in my apt. My husband and I called maintenance emergency line and contacted the after hours staff. They called Ron, the head maintenance man at the time. It took him over an hour to get to the apt. In the meantime I have ankle deep water throughout my apt and the water just kept coming. He finally got there and shut the water off. My family and I had to leave our apt for a week. We checked on the progress of the apt everyday to make sure that they were working on our apt, because after all that was where we lived. It took them 2 days before they started to fix anything. Well to make a long story short while random people were in and out of our apt making repairs, we were robbed !! It was either A&T Carpet Cleaning or maintenance. They took a bunch of electronics and my daughters piggie bank. Management said they were not liable because Ron said he saw a screen off the window. Now the window they are speaking of is right next to the front door. This place is the worst apt complex ever !!! Do not live here, the people that are hired to do a job steal from you !!! And the management there is no better. They don't care about you or your belongings. Angela is the worst manager and she never has the authority to do anything. Jessica is a lost cost. And the new guy, well he is just as bad and unprofessional. Don't rent here !!!!!

I HATED living at this place. Leave as soon as you can. I can't believe this apartment complex has not been closed down. What you have said is extremely hazardous to your health. I would contact the BBB as well as the corporate office. Good luck!

It was ure pipe? They turned off my water wihtout any notice and I was wondering now what... heres my story.. we moved here in Jan. speaking of hazards YES the apartment is infested with cockroaches and weird insects. Less than 2 months of moving in- they are telling me its infested and asking us to pay almost $300 for it.. how ridiculous is that? Im so sick of running around their office and the worst part is no one answers the freaking phone
