Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
This is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in.
In the 2.5 years I lived here, I had to deal with roaches all year round, rats, water leaks and of course the forever noisy neighbors. I had leaks in my bedroom and kitchen and they were never fixed. Not only were the neighbors noisy, they were nasty, often leaving trash in the parking lot. There was always some kind of sewage problem on the grounds so lots of stagnant water in the parking area.
The office staff is completely unhelpful. They never answer the phone and half the time have no clue what they're talking about.
I'm overjoyed to be leaving this sorry excuse for an apartment complex
