Please donot rent appartment here, Its my sincere advice.I was warned by my friend before renting this,But i was attracted to their offer. They never turned up during emergency,I have one year old son, suddenly my heater turned off otherway its blowing cold air.I called to Emergency number they provided 972-55-7548. A lady anwsered with all excuses sorry sir,we can repair only during day time..At last I was endup calling 911 to solve my issue... Worst place to live..Please try to avoid it otherwise you will end up with lot of hassels...I stayed in single bed room apartment with 830 sqft,My monthly power bill is $385,I called to my local power provider..He can't help me out as the building has old wiring which needs to replace..My mail box always opened even if i try to close...ABBAS,Maintenance guy (spanish).Angela.. Worst satff I have come across sofar in US.. Please avoid it,i know you wont beleive unless if you have real and personal experience..If you wanna try go ahead..All the Best..Oh my god atlast my lease end..........
