The apartments are mediocre and there are bugs EVERYWHERE! We had "something" die in our wall and they just left it there, my apartment smelled unbearable for 6 months. We were promised numerous things and never got any of them. The water bill has gotten up to 75 DOLLARS, light bill around 300 dollars, obviously absurd. We are moving this week and I couldn't be happier! The only positive thing acquired from this 20 months of hell I could say is that I will now appreciate our new dwelling like no other. Do not let them fool you!

I just got our water bill and it was $73 plus a hidden $50 for the apartment that we were supposed to move into but they didn't have it ready in time. I move may 20 and absolutely cant wait!

We've realised we can afford a much nicer apartment just because of the water/electricity bills alone. Good for you for getting out! I have NO idea why we stayed this long.
