Lethal and incompetent management; very old, unstable and cheap apartment with lots of hidden fees; super high electrical costs due to electrically inefficient appliances; no invoices or record of payment; un-kept surroundings -- the worse. If you enjoy the thrill of monthly financial surprises, rent here. I am adding to my previous post. Remington Hills At Las Colinas is the worse place you could possible get into, no matter the length or money you choose to rent. I rented for six months and three days later, I could not wait to leave that insidious place. This is a rundown old place that is falling appart, rude management and all of their appliances suck energy dry--even if you do not use them. I complained several timnes of roof leaks--it took them over two months to fix them! The affected walls got black mold, which they just painted over. Sure its dirt cheap, by you will pay your dues on suffering, madeup bills and fees.
