P.S. THE STOVE THAT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THREE MONTHS AGO...THE ONE THAT HAS COCKROACHES IN THE CLOCK PART ON THE FRONT....IT STILL HAS THE ROACHES....IT STILL DOESNT FUNCTION PROPERLY....

I'm not sure who you are, or how you got my email address, but I agree with you...Remington Hills have awful follow up skills and turn around times. I've been waiting on my F*cked up roof(rain damage) to be fixed for about 6 MONTHS...I'm highly annoyed!


Great point..I have all the residents email because they cc'd everyone when they sent us an email letting us know we are being forced to purchase rental insurance..then instead of apologizing for trampling on my right to NOT purchase insurance, their propaganda reads like they're doing me a favor!.."its for MY protection" more like they know these places are falling apart and the owner is covering his own but..protecting from a lawsuit when someones roof falls in.

As of April 1, 2009, all new and renewal lease contracts are required to show proper proof of liability insurance coverage in the amount of $50,000 minimum liability coverage.


I wonder if that's because the place is falling into the ground! For our benefit...ha! ..more like for the benefit of whoever owns the dump!
