The apartments are reasonably appealing, but are very "noisy" in the sense that you have to tip-toe so not to disturb your down-stairs neighbors. My electric bill was above average due to poor insulation. Also, finding a parking spot after 8pm is a nightmare, which forced me to acquire a paid parking garage close to my apartment building (to their advantage). In addition, the customer service skills of the office staff and management are sub-standard, or by my standards, practically non-existent.
The location was recommended to me via a friend who moved there, and who ended up leaving, and then I chose to do the same after my contract expired for the reasons mentioned above.
