Made the Mistake of Referring a Friend!

Current resident. The property is on the 4th manager & 2nd management company since the July 2002!! If we hear "please give us a chance" one more time I might hurl! Insulation is horrible. The noise level from the upstairs apts is loud and annoying. There has been at least 1 drug bust involving DEA agents and local police. Young children run around unattended constantly.. Per a letter sent to residents by the office, a toddler was hit by a car. The office staff is unreliable and can?t seem to return calls. However, the current maintenance manager will fix you up in a heart beat and has probably been the best addition to the apt staff yet! I won?t make the mistake of referring anyone else to this property again.

I got the letter too, and I still have it if you would like to see it; it has about 3 typos in it. A toddler DID get hit.
