I use to live here and couldn?t get out fast enough. Things the several different managers said to me at one time or another...
1) well we didn?t build enough parking, you can rent a garage if you?d like... except those aren?t available either. Every day/night people had to park in the fire lane and risk getting a ticket or one of those stickers you can?t get off your car (I got both)
2) literally - we paid rent on time every month -BUT- we received a late notice saying we had not AT LEAST half the time we were there. We thought about not paying one month just to see what would happen. Maybe we?d get a thank you card instead... going into the management office became a weekly event and NEVER got anything accomplished
5) we actually received an eviction notice one afternoon (you guessed it... for not paying rent - supposedly) so I go down to the office to find it full of tenants with the same notice... They handed out over 100 eviction notices in one day to "force people to come in so WE can straighten out OUR books."
4) So we buy a house... thought I was done with this "spider-hole" - - We left with the apartments owing us our deposit and half a month?s rent that we had overpaid (horrible tenants... overpaying our rent and all). We were told it would be refunded with our deposit in about 30 -60 days. Instead, we receive a call from a collection agency saying we owe them money. We left our new number and address but they never tried to contact us to let us know about this "debt". I refused to pay and have been calling the apartment for the past 6 weeks - haven?t received one phone call back... so I call almost everyday. You know what I hear, "I?m new here... our mgmt company just took over... I?ll need to pull you file and research it"... the same stuff I heard when I lived there.
Should have known... you know all of the information you give an apartment BEFORE you move in... We faxed it about 6 or 7 times throughout our leasing period. They asked for it an 8th time, but I told them they already had it and if they can?t find it then they must not of really needed it the 7 other times they confirmed they had it (I?m not exagerating, I saved the faxes)
The point is... DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE - YOU?RE BETTER OFF IN YOUR CAR. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

What?!? 123ALL4ME, how much they pay you to defend the apartment? 90% of the stuff has happened to me, also.
