Where to begin this nightmare.
1)The office staff is never consistent, this includes Management. The turn over rate is unbelievable. So if you have a problem, get ready to repeat yourself more than a few times to more than a few people. And forget about receiving a returned call. It does not happen at this property.
2)The fitness center should not be mentioned as an amenity. It's an amenity for NON-resident CHILDREN. Why am I paying for other properties' residents to take advantage of this area' I refuse to pay $50 for an after hours remote access for something which is included in my rent. Especially if I am responsible for the CHILDREN in there. Who enforces the rules/regulations at this property' Apparently NOBODY.
3) Insulation' It doesn't exist in the apartments. Of course having neighbors above you means needing to have some level of noise tolerance. But when you constantly have to put up with the over excessive, it becomes intolerable.
4) The parking is ridiculous. Not much thought went into the # of residents vs # of parking spaces. Luckily, I fought and won this battle with the first Manager.
5) Do not be fooled by the gates. They never work! When they finally fix them, they break within a week.
I've always hated moving, but this time...I can't wait!
