Parking problem
Irresponsible management team
Unorganized and don't care attitude
Office staff don't have time for their tenents. Manager don't return phone calls and refuse to see in person.

I don't think that the noise is too much of a problem. There are a lot of people in an apartment, so you're going to have to expect some noise. But everything else is accurate. I asked for the phone number for corporate or upper management above the office staff, so I can voice my concerns. The office staff said that they cannot give out the number, and that if I had a concern, I need to put it in writing, and they will forward it to corporate. Yeah, right. They give you answers that you want to hear, instead of the right answer.
