I have never lived there but my friend currently lives there. I recently got my car towed while I was visiting. I was there less than two hours. There new policy is to tow anyone without a resident sticker or visitor tag. There are no signs telling visitors this as the management leaves that up to the residents. The towing company patrols the lot from 10pm to 6am towing any cars without a tag. They even towed one that had a sticker. The cost to get your car out of impound starts at $175. If you have a friend come over make sure it is only one since they only allow one visitor tag per apartment. Oh, my friend just got a renewal notice and the price jumped by 11%. Always nice to pay more for a place she really didn't like in the first place and has already had two friends cars towed and had to get one car towed out of her reserved spot.

WELL IDIOT...PARKING SPACES AT APARTMENTS ARE USUALLY FOR THE UMMM RESIDENTS I DON'T WANT TO KNOW THAT FOR THE SMALL AMOUNT OF PARKING THERE IS THAT YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ARE HAVING POW WOWS OVER AT THE GIRLS HOUSE. SHE'S IRRESPONSIBLE IF SHE DIDN'T READ HER LEASE CONTRACT AND REALIZE THAT THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. IF SHE WANTED TO HAVE A SLEEP OVER SHE SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE OFFICE I'M SURE THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE. SOUNDS TO ME LIKE YOU DON'T HAVE A FRIEND IF SHE'S NOT CONCERNED WITH THE RULES AND TELLING YOU ABOUT THEM YOU ARE AGAIN HER VISITOR. BESIDES WE GOT TONS OF THOSE STUPID REMINDERS AND I JUST KEPT THINKING "I WONDER HOW MANY IDIOTS WILL STILL GET THEIR CARS TOWED?" WHAT??? 11%???? WOW EINSTEIN GOOD JOB FIGURING THAT OUT...WHY IS IT THAT EVERYONE WANTS TO LIVE IN AN A PROPERTY FOR $400 A MO AND THEN THINK THE MANAGEMENT OWES THEM SOMETHING SO THAT THEY SHOULDN'T RAISE THE PRICE. PRICE OF LIVING GOES UP. REALITY CHECK! WHAT IF YOUR BOSS NEGOTIATED WITH YOU TO KEEP YOUR SALARY LOWER BECAUSE THEY GOT YOU IN LOW, AND WHEN THEY MENTION A 4% RAISE YOU SQUIRM BECAUSE YOU KNOW THAT AIN'T ----. OH YEAH AND I LOVE TO FIND APARTMENTS THAT I REALLY DON'T LIKE EITHER JUST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SHRUBERY NOT BEING GREEN ENOUGH MAYBE YOUR FRIEND AND I WOULD HIT IT OFF PRETTY WELL.
