My car was towed too, because i had a flat tire! there was no notice..just towed. I payed 450 to get my car out..not to mention the towing company towed my car the wrong way, so the busted my transmission, i payed 1800 for that. Oh and they called the cops on me because i was "angry". Of course I am taking both of them to court and waiting on the court date. This place changes management like underwear. one day you go in there is someone totally new. The only thing i like is my apartment, but besides that this place suxs.

WELL I WAS IN THE OFFICE WHEN THE MANAGER CALLED THE COPS ON SOMEONE WHO WAS CUSSING PEOPLE LEFT AND RIGHT NOT LIKE AN ANGRY PERSON BUT LIKE A LUNATIC. WHEN YOU ARE RIGHT YOU CAN AFFORD TO KEEP YOUR COOL BUT WHEN YOU'RE WRONG YOU CAN'T AFFORD TO LOSE IT. A FLAT TIRE IS A FLAT TIRE IT LOOKS BAD YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM ABOUT THE FLAT BEFORE IT WAS TAKEN IN. PROACTIVE PEOPLE GET MORE THAN THEY THINK. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF HAS BEEN A PLEASANT ONE EVEN WITH ALL THE CHANGES BESIDES I WOULD RATHER THEM KEEP LOOKING FOR THE PERFECT FIT OF PEOPLE THAT WILL ACTUALLY TAKE CARE OF THIS PLACE INSTEAD OF BEING PREOCCUPIED WITH HAVING THE SAME PEOPLE SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO LEARN THE NAME OF SOMEONE NEW.

That person was probably ranting and raving because the complex does not work the the residents when they have problems. They give them no options. I asked for a parking sticker for my boyfriend's car, since he's a frequent visitor, and they said that only residents can have the stickers. I told them that it's pain and frustration to have to come to the office everyday or every other day to get visitor passes so he can park there without the fear of getting his car towed, to which they replied, "you can only have a several of visitor passes a month." So I'm sitting her thinking, okay, so my boyfriend can only come over once a week? This is ridiculous. I went in the office and talked to the manager and the story changed (which adds to my frustration).
One flat tire does not make the appearance of the complex greatly diminish. If I got a flat tire, came home, and they towed it... it would just add to my bad day.
My roommates car got towed and they charged her $188 to get it out.

proactive..hmm sounds like one of the staff here..u have written too many comments from other post..learn a new word...and you have to be an associate because there were no tenants in that building but us...oh and it's "cursing"

Here is the bottom line...if someone is breaking the rules like not repairing a flat tire....the car should be towed. This property is to nice looking for it to become trashed out with broken down cars. How would I handle someone who came into my office and started cursing at me? I would ask them to leave immediately and return when they could speak calmly and without offensive words. If they continued to stay at the office, rant and rave, and so on...I totally agree in calling the police. You never know what a crazy person is going to do
