I have been here for about 3 years and I really like my community and the staff. I have noticed that they are trying to make more resident activities but it almost seems that some of the residents are resistant to change. I like the square footage of my apartment and the maintanence team is absolutely the best I have ever seen. Parking spaces are limited but there are options you may have to pay for. I think knowing I'll be parking by my apartment everynight is worth $25 a month for me. Anyway, I think some of these reviews are exaggerations. I couldn't imagine 1/2 of this stuff happening here.

I am a resident at The Reserve, and I noticed that parking was marked as a high 5. Walk around the complex in the Club House Circle loop, there are TWO free parking spaces for about 100-200 residents. The rest are garages and covered parking. I have a night job and the first year I was living there, I had to walk about 1/4 of a mile to get to my apartment every night because come 6 pm, all the close spaces are taken. I lived there for about 3 years also, but the only reason I've lived there so long is that it's new. If it were an older apartment that a lot of people have occupied, I would look else where. It's not a good apartment. The only comment I agree with is good maintenance. They are making efforts as far as resident activities, but they only make them available to people who have 9-5 jobs.
