I visited this complex but after having dealt with the staff there was NO WAY I would lease an apt there.Walking in I was greeted by a leasing agent who had the personality of a shady used car salesman.when asking apt related questions hwe had no knowledge or would try to change the subject and at times making me feel as if I were taking up his time and bothering him not to mention the unprofessional tantrum I witnessed in front of other apt seekers.I don't know about you but when I am inquiring about a place to live I dont want to hear I don't know or I'll find out later don't worry.And the rest of the staff seemed to not care about anything.On a tour of the apt THAT I WAS RUSHED THRUOGH I guess my expectations were to high being the apt are only 3 yrs old.Dont be fooled by the outer appeareance they are very poorly constructed and not well maintained did I mention the odors'They are asking to much rent for what you are getting(nothing special) In adddition you only get one guest pass for visitor parking that means no more than one guest at a time hope you don't have 2 friends.I was so offended by the unprofesionalism of the staff I felt compelled to write this.But I'm looking at much nicer and cleaner well kept apt's in Los colinas for the same or less rent with courteous and helpful staff members.
