The term "staff" must be used quite loosely when referring to the used car salesman and his buddies who know little to nothing about actually renting out an apartment.
My husband and I filled out all of the paper work, got our income verification faxed in, and set a move in date. Well well, a week before we were to move in, we were told that my husband makes too much money, and that our rent will be increased by 70$ a month. My husband actually makes a good 7 thousand dollars a a year LESS than they claimed he did. Not only that, but if you have a problem, don't even bother calling them because no one will pick up the phone. But in the off chance that they DO pick up the phone, someone is always busy and never calls you back. All in all, I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessional people. I wouldn't reccomend these apartments to anyone.

The applicants falsified their income on the application. We can only pre-quilify people by the information they supply us. It was discovered that they were over income after their employer verified their true income. We hate for this to have happened as we want to make a positive impression with everyone who comes in contact with our office.

The EXACT same thing happened to my husband and I. We got a copy of the fax that was sent to the apartment complex and they lied about what my company faxed them. If you're going to swindle people, at least be smart about it.
