since all the towing of cars have stopped..everything at this complex is great. Previously I had an altercation with bev and marissa when my car was towed. However they are a good management team, they really care. Marissa is the sweetest person and is always willing to help. I am impressed they actually started a monthly newsletter. This is an actual tenant(not management writing this) I am moving out of state in march, and when I come back, I intend to live at the Reserve until I buy a house.

Marissa used to help me with my problems, but now she doesn't. I was one of the lucky ones that got stuck with an apartment with no storage, so everything that is supposed to go in storage is spread out through my entire living room. I asked to office staff to work with me in getting a storage unit BEFORE I moved in, and they said that they would, but once I signed to lease, they didn't help me at all. Should anything happen to me, injury wise, I'm sure I'll get a hefty sum, since I document all conversations between the office staff and me.
