After reading some of these reviews, I find some of these things hard to believe.(Well since Beverly took over management)
I have never met an office staff who really
cares about their residents the way Beverly
Marisa, Felix and Rodney does.
I have lived here two years now and I did have a towing issue when Trenda was the Manager..But since Beverly took over management this place has become MY HOME.
She has implemented monthly resident activities, stopped the towing issues and improved the parking situation.
They have been extremely busy lately with the new sister property being built. Every time I go to the office, they are swamped.
That tells me how many people want to live here.
Maintenance is WONDERFUL. I can always
count on Rodney or Angelo to come running to
my rescue.
I imagin that most of these reviews were based on old management experiences, not the
ones who truely care.

I have lived here since 2002, and Beverly is the one who started the parking stickers. She was in the office when my roommate's car got towed.
